Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with darplants! We take pride in providing healthy plants, quality planters, and accessories. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Non-Returnable Items (Used Planters)

All used planters are sold as-is and are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are clearly labeled as “Used” on product pages. Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Refund-Eligible Items (New Planters, Accessories & Plants)

We offer a refund or replacement for new planters, accessories, and plants if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Eligibility window: Notify us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof required: Include clear photos of the item and original packaging.
  • Outcome: If approved, we’ll refund to the original payment method or send a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Conditions for Refund or Replacement

  • Items should be in their original condition and packaging (where applicable).
  • No refunds for damage due to improper care after delivery or for items returned without prior approval.
  • We may deny a refund or replacement if the product does not meet the criteria above.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us: orders.darplants@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include: order number, description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
  3. Wait for approval: We’ll review and send return/next-step instructions if applicable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping only for items that arrived damaged or defective.
  • If an item is returned without approval or for reasons not covered by this policy, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and may not be reimbursed.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not shipped.
  • Once shipped, our standard return and refund policy applies.

7. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve your claim.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
